Privacy notice

Updated 5 November 2026.

Who is responsible

Intrastellar Studio is the trading name used by Sergio Guinaudeau, who is responsible for personal information collected through this website. This notice does not describe an incorporated company. To contact Sergio about privacy, use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the project field. You do not need to include a phone number.

Information we use

When you enquire, we collect the name or business name, email address, optional telephone number and project description you provide, along with your preferred call date and time and the page where you submitted the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information belonging to others.

Our hosting provider processes technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive form submissions.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you, discuss a project and take steps at your request before a possible contract. We rely on legitimate interests in keeping the website secure and managing ordinary business correspondence. We do not add enquiries to marketing mailing lists or sell personal information.

Storage and access

The website and enquiry database are hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are available to Sergio through the private hosting account; they are not published on the website. If we correspond by email, our email provider will process that correspondence. Only people who need the information to respond to or deliver your project should receive it.

Providers may process information outside the UK. Applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards govern their services. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Retention

Unconverted website enquiries are retained for up to six months and then removed from the enquiry database. Correspondence needed for an active project, legal obligations or a dispute may be retained longer, with the relevant details explained when a project is agreed. Anti-abuse identifiers expire after 24 hours.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to contact us first.

Cookies and changes

See our cookies and browser-storage notice. We will update this notice if our services or processing change.
